Description
In the fall of 1774 William Bartram experienced what he documents as the Indian Frolic in Palatka, This festival is an annual river festival on Palatka’s riverfront to celebrate our National Heritage River, the Bartram National Recreation Trail in Putnam County, and offer our county as a recreational eco-tourism destination. The festival features 1774 reenactors including Seminoles, William Bartram, European traders and more! There will be recreational events including kayaking, biking, riverboat tours and historic tours.
