Description
Join us at Ravine Gardens once a month to celebrate fitness and community at our free community walks. All ages and abilities are welcome and participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace. The walk will take place on the 1.8 mile paved loop around the ravines. This month's theme is stress awareness! Come out and speak to local health practitioners and providers as they provide tips and tricks on how to reduce stress in your life.
